Downloaded applications for BlackBerry® Smartphones and Tablets

I purchased Chess from Odesys on AppWorld and downloaded it. I then upgraded to a new version of app world. Once my phone rebooted, chess was gone. I have gone to my world and it isn't there either. I have the proof of purchase and I contacted Odesys and they said I needed to contact App World technical support. Please help me get the product that I paid for. (Removed personal information). Thank you.

To re-install your apps, please follow this section of the AppWorld user guide:

In addition...RIM has released AppWorld version 1.1.0.15...it is highly recommended to be on that version.

and fill out the form. Use, in the "Please select a component:" field, the AppWorld Billing/Payment selection.
