I purchased Vegas Pool, and when I had a warranty replacement the program did not appear in the list of programs, (or any program)

To re-install your apps, please follow this section of the AppWorld user guide:

In addition...RIM has released AppWorld version 1.1.0.15...it is highly recommended to be on that version.
