I purchased Vlingo Plus, yet under details it still show...

I purchased Vlingo Plus, yet under details it still shows that I need to purchase it. How do I get My World to show the correct details and allow me to use the purchased product or how do I get my money back for the software that App World won't install properly. Proof of purchase order number is XXXXXXXXXX.
