I purchased the Personal Assistant Premium from Pageonce. A few months later, by BB storm was replaced by my carrier as it was faulty. Pageonce says that I need to work with App World to get it redownloaded. However, when I attempt to do this, I get an error "error id:3300. I do I get this app that I paid for on my phone??
