I recently purchased Vlingo thinking that it would be helpful and convenient for me, however, I am very unhappy with it and would like to know if I can be refunded and delete the application from my phone. I have already contacted Vlingo and they instructed me to contact where I purchased it from which was Blackberry App World. Please let me know. Thank you very much.
