I recently switched blackberry devices and it was not accepting my activation code for a paid app, Quicklaunch. I contacted the apps' technical support and they ran me through a few steps that did not solve the issue. They have now told me to contact you in order to "fix my account". Please advise. Thank You.

Your inquiry needs to be sent as follows. Go to this URL:

and fill out the form. Use, in the "Please select a component:" field, the AppWorld Billing/Payment selection. Any other selection will simply route you back anonymously to these public forums.
