Just Updated my Cuve 8900 to version 4.6, an application I had from App world isn't listed in "My Word" anymore

Just Updated my Cuve 8900 to version 4.6, an application I had from App world isn't listed in "My Word" anymore, and isn't on my blackberry anymore. All I have is my order confirmation number. Javatek Media is refering me to App World help. How do I get it back?
