Lost my Apps on BlackBerry 8310

I reciently performed an OS upgrade on my BlackBerry 8310 that went horribly wrong and I lost not only the old OS but all my data including my apps which I have receintly paid for and installed.  After may hours I have the new OS installed and a worling Balckberry and want to get back to where I was.

Is there a way I can download a new copy of these apps without having to pay for them again? They are not listed in "my apps".
