MP3 Ringtone Creator Reinstall Problem

Installed the MP3 Ringtone creator, then was notified of updated version. Tried to install update, received error from App World that it wasn't available for download. I uninstalled the app to reinstall the newest version, still cannot install and now have lost fun ringtones.  What can I do? Hopefully not go to Javatek! Thanks.

 

Specs:  Sprint, Curve 8330, OS 4.5.0.175, App World v1.1.0.2.0, personal use.

The situation resolved itself. The unit has had to be hard restarted at least twice since I posted the problem.  Reinstallation of several apps has seemingly resolved the issue. Thanks.
