Can't seem to find app world icon on My fone,have tried deleting and reinstalling it but it isn't still there. I need your help Pls

Hello.. i've been having the same problem too since Monday.. This happened after i upgrade the App World to version 4.0.0.63 on Monday.  I googled and found a link from Blackberry on troubleshooting this problem. I've tried all the suggestions given on the link, but nothing works. My app world icon is still missing.
