My PIN is (removed personal information) on my BlackBerry Storm 9530. I purchased the software titled Vlingo Plus for 17.99 from BlackBerry App World and my phone was replaced. I am tring to install the software on my new phone and I am prompted for a registration key to get plus. I only have the free version. My order number is Order #(removed personal information) which was purchased on July 16, 2009. Please help me. I tried sending under the appworld license selection but it said to put in a valid pin when I put in my pin. Please help me to reactivate this software. Thank you so much!
