My Storm was replaced under warranty by Verizon. When first logging into App World on new device, says all device PIN changes have been used. Have already tried submitting issue using 'AppWorld Billing/Payment', getting 'Please provide a valid Blackberry Smartphone PIN'. Could someone please assist me with getting my PIN changed/reset in AppWorld? Thank you.

Hi there!

There are some ongoing issues with that site that we know RIM is attempting to address...but so far, no resolution. The temporary work around that they have suggested is to, still at this URL:

fill out the form but, in the "Please select a component:" field, use the AppWorld - General selection on that same form.

If that does not work, then please return to these forums (http://supportforums.blackberry.com/rim/) and register an account so that we can provide you with direct assistance.
