My viber app tells me that there is a problem with my 3g connection.

Viber tells me there is a problem with my 3g connection and I can not make or receive calls on viber.  I can sms okay though.  Any clues.  I have done the regular checks to ensure 3 g is actually working.

The issue you are experiencing may be due to internet connection issues.

Please make sure you have a strong Wi-Fi, 3G or 4G signal.
