I have recently switched to a Blackberry bold 9780. I previously used to use the Natwest online banking application on a daily basis; however I have downloaded it to my new phone, but everytime I try to open it from the shortcut in the home screen it forces my phone to become unresponsive, to which I must perform a hard reset; the phone then responds as normal when reset.

Since this a 3rd party application I would suggest contacting their support email to report this issue: email@example.com
Also there is a lot of reviews stating the application is freezing on other BlackBerry smartphones.
