Connor, top-right corner of BBM (open) is a small clickable icon - phone with red flag over. Upon clicking it requests to set up a WiFi network. The alternative is 'Close', but the icon remains. W
Yeah, set up a WiFi network and it will remove that icon, if it wont let you it's not hat big an icon plus i doesn't affect your BBM experience (except BBM voice).

i have a blackberry 9780 and I downloaded bbm7 and now bbm has disappeared completely.. It is nowhere to be found.. I found it under applications in settings but it pull not allow me to use it so I deleted it and tried to reinstall from the app world.. It simply says your blackberry does not support bbm. The website says the same thing

Okay, your BlackBerry does support BBM 6 and I think it supports BBM 7. So you need to either restore it with a backup or factory settings. This should make the problem disssapear, REMEMBER TO BACK UP FIRST!!! (Sorry Caps) Hope this helps, Good luck!

Restore to factory settings is restoring your BlackBerry to when you first bought it. Doing this will solve many problems but you must remember to backup first! Search it about it on Google.
