How to amend categories and update the back up on ur BBID.
As I said earlier every time I change the categories or move contacts as soon as I restart the phone everything goes back the way it was before.

You mean simply moving one BBM contact from a category to another?

Yes moving or deleting them , when I restart the phone everything goes back, its like I haven't moved or deleted anyone. As well as the DP is not changing most of the time unless restarting the device .

The only way I see that we not just u cause I have the same problem is if Blackberry do something about it and fix this because its unfair that we can't get it.
