I am so angry about this new bbm 7 it's caused me so many problems. Firstly I tried to upgrade then when I restarted it wasn't on my phone so I had to delete and reinstall. Now, My bbm keeps saying (as I chose to restore contacts via email) restoring bbm and I didn't have any other option so I had to take it. Why does it keep turning and not restoring my contacts? Why if I move away from my wifi does it say cannot set up bbm? How long does it take to restore bbm? I hate it and I can't change my choice.

Hi all
I wonder if you can help me, I connect my 9900 through wifi trying to use the new feature of BBM7, but sometimes it works on the same WIFI and sometimes a lot it doesn't work, I am from dubai, using "Etisalat" as my service provider.
Is there anything I can do to fix this or its a general problem maybe ?!
Your assistance will be really appreciated

As I understand it, that is a known issue where it works intermittently on the same WiFi network.
Sorry, hopefully it will be fixed in a coming upgrade.

I downloaded bbm7 successfully but it doesn't work!!! I only get the message that your voice chat connection cannot be established..........or Make sure you are connected to Wifi and try again!
l use blackberry Under the BES corporate policies. Can the restriction be imposed from the BES side?

Actually my stupid company doesn't accepted what i am told them about this issue & they said we don't take any e-mails from others or any steps to fix our problems, and we have no problem with blackberry messenger voice service, so please guys can you teach me how to fix it by my self ? by emages if you don't mind ? and i really appreciate you-re help work ,

I can tell you your BES admin has a tool to deactivate BBM Voice (check one of my earlier post above). If you want to know if they have used that tool, ask them.

I can't backup my bbm contacts on my SD card or phone help please??
