my BBM just dissapeared! I did the new update (7.Something) and its gone. Iv turned the hand set off and back on. And iv tryed typing in BBM. Its gone . Please tell me how to reinstall it, cause when I go into app world it says its installed and I can not delete it to reinstall it! What do I do to fix it? Please let me know !

What model of blackberry do u have?

Sorry but the only way u might get it is if u reset your phone, but make sure and do a backup first by going to set up and do a device switch and save to memory card so u will not lost your phone info. But if u do get it back it will not be the new BB upgrade only u will only get it when they release one for this phone. I have this same phone and that's how I got mines back.

thanks, I go into to Blackberry shop tomorrow. I just got this phone because everyone said it was the best, but I don't like blackberry anymore! Now I see why everyone is changing to other phone makes !!! Blackberry is so dissapointing!

Yes its like there upgrades are not tested out well before the release it. But I hope u get help with the problem, please let me know what they did and say.

I have just downloaded Blackberry Messenger 7 and its not working! No contacts,nothing! Just opens up as a blank screen saying blackberry messenger :'( please please help!

Blank screen like u can't use your phone or no contacts?

Do this,

• from your Options > Device > Application, scroll to and delete BBMessenger.
• Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot.
• The, after reboot, using your BlackBerry browser, go to www.blackberry.com/bbm and download/install again.

I got notified that new version was available and installed it, but now when I open bbm its stuck on a blank blue screen with no options
