I dunno if it helps, but I never got to 7. Tried it but lost 6.2.0.44 and then found support on another post and now successfully installed 6.1.0.71. I can't upgrade to 6.2 now, but everythings working fine. Guess I'll have to wait for 7.0.0.xxx here.. If your BBM has disappeared and you need to downgrade, try these..
BBM 6.1.0.71 (In the download page press - Agree and Download)
On your WifFi options does your BlackBerry automatically connect to your Router?

Have you tried with any other WiFi networks. Because it could be that your work WiFi might not allow certain connections.
