New downloaded apps won't open, old apps work fine.

Hi everyone.
I have searched and seen a few people have had this issue- but have never returned and mentioned how / if they have managed to fix the problem.

Basically, I have downloaded a few new apps lately (plenty of memory in case anyone wonders if that's the issue), but upon trying to start them receive an error message. For example, for a weather app I have downloaded, the error message is:

Error starting berryweather: Error loading module 'berryweather' VerifyError.

This error message is the same (aside from the name of the application changing accordingly depending on which one I am trying to access).

I have rebooted whenever asked and have even completed several battery pulls...but all to no avail.

Can anyone advise as to what to do?

My phone is a Blackberry Torch and everything else is working perfectly. Thanks in advance :-)

Doesn't anybody have any ideas? I have since upgraded several apps and now these are delivering the same error message. I'm guessing its a fault with App World or the downloads themself, how do I fix this? Please??

If you suspect it could be a problem with App World (as it appears to be), reloading your OS using BlackBerry Desktop Software should correct the problem.

I hope that helps you. :smileyhappy:
