On April 27th, I purchased RDM+ for the Storm from App World. Since the OS update, my original Storm forgot the license code. After contacting support a SHAPE services, they told me the code should appear under "details" in "My World." This is not the case. I still have my original confirmation e-mail (removed personal information), and I would rather not have to buy this product twice. Is there any way to re-obtain an activation code?
