I just contacted them and it will be for the last time. My trial expired so I have nothing for my $19.95. I really hope people don't buy these apps until RIM straightens out this mess. I will contact the attorney generals office. There are laws to prevent this. They burned the wrong person. I have Apple Ipods and never had this problem. Tuesday at noon I will begin mission. I will continue to buy if they resolve this and don't let it happen again.

I would suggest giving the vendor more than 48-72 to assist you, especially seeing whereas it has been a weekend and moreso Easter weekend.
Shape is a reputable business with a good reputation for customer service. Give them a chance to rectify this for you, at least during normal business hours?

Did you purchase the application from AppWorld?

Oh, AppWorld has not even been open and available for two weeks, yet. So how long have you been at this, truly?
There are routes for this settlement. You have explored one already with PayPal.
So, Shape says they won't do ANYthing for you at all, even with a receipt. Have you already tried threatening them with lawsuits and the such?
