PLEASE HELP!!!! PAID FOR APP AND DID NOT RECEIVE LICENSE KEY MOBISCOPE

This is very frustrating,  I downloaded and paid by paypal mobiscope and did not receive my license key.  I emailed my receipt to the Shape Support and they can not help me.  If someone from RIM does read this please help me or refund my money.  I would prefer to have the app.  thank you!!

If I were you, I would contact the vendor support once more. They can give you a direct link to install the application.

I just contacted them and it will be for the last time.  My trial expired so I have nothing for my $19.95.  I really hope people don't buy these apps until RIM straightens out this mess.  I will contact the attorney generals office.  There are laws to prevent this.  They burned the wrong person.  I have Apple Ipods and never had this problem.  Tuesday at noon I will begin mission.  I will continue to buy if they resolve this and don't let it happen again.

I would suggest giving the vendor more than 48-72 to assist you, especially seeing whereas it has been a weekend and moreso Easter weekend.

 

Shape is a reputable business with a good reputation for customer service. Give them a chance to rectify this for you, at least during normal business hours?

Both Parties have had 2 weeks.  Shape sent 3 responses stating they can't help me even when presented with a receipt.  I will contact Paypal for a refund.  Then proceed.  I only wonder how many people just give up.  This practice is unacceptable.  They have until tuesday.

Oh, ok. Your earlier posts have not specified how long you have been at this, I am just seeing the dates you posted here.

 

Did you purchase the application from AppWorld?

Yes I bought it from App World.  This is a mess.  ZERO customer support.  You have to post then hope someone reads it.

Oh, AppWorld has not even been open and available for two weeks, yet. So how long have you been at this, truly?

 

There are routes for this settlement. You have explored one already with PayPal.

 

So, Shape says they won't do ANYthing for you at all, even with a receipt. Have you already tried threatening them with lawsuits and the such?
