You are right it has not been 2 weeks...it has been 11 days.  I signed up on April 2nd and bought the app the same day.  Shape has been very nice but so far they won't help me.

I found a corporate phone number and called it.  Talked with someone who was nice and tried to help me.  When he realized he couldn't I was "disconnected" and sent an email basically telling me to contact the vendor.  I really wanted this to be relsoved so I could post something positive but it did not happen and I am back to square 1.  I will contact the vendor 1 more time with all the correspondence that I have and if that does not work I will quit and try to pursuade as many people as possible not to use this product.  My own personal deadline was noon today.  I will push paypal for a refund.

CerealBypass did send me a private message asking for more information.  I responded back at 2:49 pm with the information.   I have my fingers crossed.  It is 4:58 pm now.

You are so right JSanders honey does does draw more flys.  All of my earlier emails before I started on this board were polite.  You are only hearing me when I have had it.  Also the squeeky wheel gets the oil.  People do need to know what will happen if there is a problem.  Customer Service is everything.  I know I own a business.  If my problem is resolved I will let everyone know.  The back and forth runaround I got was insulting to me.  Lord knows how many people have fallen into this trap only to give up.  If you know of another application that I can use to view webcams on my Storm let me know.  I will be out of here so fast.  I have 2 demos that will expire that I really like but I am scared to pay for them.  This is no bs.  I have never done this before.
