When I erase a chat, allways the conversation was erased but sometimes the name and a blank open chat of the person with whom I was chatting still open in my phone, pls, somebody knows whats is the problem?
for example, some times I erase the chat and close the window of that chat, and when I check again the BBM, i can view the last chats, and the name of the person with whom i was chatting, but that window appears in blank,.
