Problem Voice Chat whit BBM New Version

Dears,

 

I've downloaded the new version of BBM with voice chat but unfortunately it was making and the icon and say your voice chat connection can not be established.

 

3G and WIFI connection my black berry no problem Please could you please support me and tell me about solving this problem.

Did you reboot your device by pulling the battery?
