Re: Problem connecting apps to BBM

Delete BBMessenger from your device (Options > Device > Application Management), scroll to it > Menu key > Delete.

Then, Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot

Reinstall BBMessener from your browser at www.blackberry/messenger

Try connecting the apps again.

If still nothing, DELETE those third party apps (score mobile, wikitude, etc) by the same process above, and reinstall them, one at a time and try the BBM connection.

Re: Problem connecting apps to BBM

It finally worked ! Thank you very much !

When I deleted and reinstalled BBM like you said, the other apps weren't working and I noticed that the App World was missing in the menu. So I deleted and reinstalled App World too. When I restarted the device, I tried and everything was working properly !

Thanks again !

Re: Problem connecting apps to BBM

There was no delete option found, i think because this bbm was pre installed before i bought it. My problem solved. What i did was, i upgraded my existing bbm version. After that, the delete options was finally appeared. I deleted bbm then reinstalled agin from apps world and now it worked! Apps connected to bbm was verified complete. Before it was only up to step 2. Thanks guys.
