I paid for the Slider Lock app for my torch 9850. As I was downloading it onto my phone I got an error message #30511 that the app could not download because of problems with licensing information. I was charged for the app but I didn't get it.
I have sent 2 messages to customer support at getempower.com with no response.
Anyone else experience this problem?

If you don't get a response from the developer soon, contact Sprint. They handle refunds for AppWorld.
Make sure you write a negative review in AppWorld if you're not getting good customer service from the developer.
