Hi,

I am countering problems in downloading apps from Blackberry App world.

When ever I try to download a app it asks for the blackberry id login password.

I key in the password it says " Error 30601 - Unable to validate the email address and password combination".

Then I click on forgot password, it checks ur email id for password recovery when clicked OK results in the following msg " BB app world is having trouble connecting to BB App World Server. Verify your network connections and try again" Error Id : 30637"

Request help in resolving the above issue

Reinstal bb appl.world maybe can solve the problem.
I got the same problem before.

Error 30641 persist this is the 3 day app world is giving problems what is going on how long will it take to get fixed.

Wipe your device or upgrade os,don't forget backup first

Instal your bb pc suite on computer,connect your bb n chose backup.
After backup remove bb n go to option,security,security wipe,write blackberry in below columm.n you can restore your data using bb pc suite again.Os is bb software,the software is always upgrade.Some bb can upgrade to higher os also.examle from os4,...to os5 or os5 to os6
