Problems with Gokivo Navigator 9000

As a new owner (5 dayswith AT&T), I downloaded the navigator into the App World since the review were much better that AT&T navigator.  The program is installed, but has been loading for over 24hrs.  Is this normal?  How do I delete something that is loading?  Nothing on the menu to help.  Should I just delete App World & start over?  Can i request the navigator program a second time?

Re: Problems with Gokivo Navigator 9000

Hi and Welcome to the Forums!

Another user has found a solution to this problem and posted it in these forums...it is to clear the application cache:

1. Open App World

2. Go to My World

3a. For keyboard-based BB's -- Hold down the ALT key and press "RST"

3b. For Storm -- Hold the num-lock ("!?123") button so it locks and then hit "34("

3a. If your BB locks after issuing the cache clear, perform a battery pull reboot

Hopefully it'll work for you! Good luck and let us know!

Re: Problems with Gokivo Navigator 9000

hello,

the browser on 8300 device does not support iframes, and supports very badly frames (OS version is 4.5 or lower).

the browser on 8900 device does not support iframes, and supports less badly frames (OS version is 4.6 or higher).
