RE: Blackberry 3rd party app

Hi I recently downloaded a 3rd party app called shazam and I had a little trouble so I deleted the app and went to re-download it and the download button isn't there (the space should have the delete button and download ) I was just wondering if you could tell me how I can re-download that app.

Re: RE: Blackberry 3rd party app

Hey gavalaa,

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

I can definitely help you out.

To get the download button back, clear your BlackBerry App World™cache as shown in http://t.co/NJTF9J2 then reboot by pulling the battery and try to download the applicaton.

Let me know if you have any more questions.

Cheers.
