I bought a BlackBerry Playbook on the recently passed Boxing Day and I looked through the Playbook and BlackBerry App World shortly after I got my Playbook set up only to find that there was no native Twitter app pre-installed on the Playbook nor was it available in App World for download. I was also looking for the native Windows Live Messenger app to be either pre-installed on the Playbook or to be available for download in BlackBerry App World but like the Twitter app, it wasn’t available. Please bring both apps to the Playbook soon. Hopefully they’ll be available either included with the upcoming Playbook OS 2.0 update or at least make them available shortly after the release of Playbook OS 2.0. For me as Canadian who enjoys using a BlackBerry and a BlackBerry Playbook, It’s been relatively disappointing to find that there was only a native Facebook app pre-installed on the Playbook while also showing up in BlackBerry App World as an available download. Hopefully these suggestions will be seriously considered. Thanks.
