I am also on a BES.  I tried switching the browser settings to no avail.  I have contacted Shazam several times and have not heard back either.

I heard back from the Support team.  They asked for the error msg number - doh - I forgot to mention it in my original email.  Hopefully we get an answer soon.  I'll keep you posted.

Hey,  i downloaded shazam to my pearl 8100 off the app store and whenever i open it it pops up a screen asking me to allow some permissions but whenever i press "allow" the whole blackberry freezes and doesn't do a thing. I have to reset. anything i press in that window freezes the bb. i have reinstalled it and set all permissions in options to allow. What can i do?
