Sibley Bird App will NOT load

Bought and downloaded app, and following instruction downloaded resource files to media card on BB media card.  When the app button is pushed (the birdlike icon), the page entitled “Sibley Birds for Mobile” pops up with "NB Please read these instructions carefully! And the pages of instructions I’ve already followed from the digital earth website.  How can I get this app to work-I’ve reinstalled app, rebooted, tried putting the resource files on the device rather than media card with no luck.  I have a BB Torch.

Same problem...Same device.  I had previously loaded this app on a BB Storm2 sucessfully, but since "upgrading" it wil not reload properly on my BB Torch.  I get the same screen page on start up but the entire page does not load onto the screen.  Swipe scrolling or pinch zoom control does not work while this page is desplayed.  So far, no answers.  Any help appreciated.
