Downloaded applications for BlackBerry® smartphones

Hi

My sky sport App has disappeared. It was there last week but an update has made it vanish. It is still on the phone somewhere as I went to app world and on to Sky sports app and uninstalled it. Then went back and reinstalled but still no app. Where can it have gone?

First, make sure it's not been hidden since the update.  While on your homescreen, press the menu key (the BB key to the left of the trackpad) and select Unhide All.  If that option is not available,  make sure you look in every folder on your homescreen, including ones you wouldn't suspect it of being in (i.e. Games, Applications, etc.)

do you see the icon listed in the results ?

Sorted at last :-) the phone has just rebooted and now the app is back. Thanks all for your help
