Some of apps don`t appear on my phone (9300)

Good morning everyone,

I have an issue with my 9300, some of downloaded apps don`t appear on my phone.

Apps are visible in Blackberry World, My World (as installed)... but there is no way to run them, I can`t even find an icons on my phone. The only thing I can do is to delete them via app world.

I have tried to:

- restart phone,

- uninstall and install again apps again,

- install apps via OTA,

- wipe phone,

Could you please help me out?

I do not want to advertise apps here, so only will tell that these apps are responsible for turning on and off the Wifi automatically.

All other apps run just fine.

Greetings

Lukas

Re: Some of apps don`t appear on my phone (9300)

How it works:

After the installation you won ‘t find an application icon as it integrated within your menu options only. Visit the locations you want to white list and add them to the WiFi-Manager list. Ensure you have enabled the WiFi manager and then you ready to go.

Note: Sometimes a location might be between two cell towers or more so you might have to add the location multiple times to ensure you cover each cell tower.

Is your Wi-Fi modem works with pc or gaming console? If yes, reset your Wi-Fi database see at http://btsc.webapps.blackberry.com/btsc/viewdocument.do?noCount=true&externalId=KB10167&sliceId=2&cm... Scan network and insert password. You can also connect manually by encryption type.
