TripCase emails not scanned and integrated into BlackBerry Travel

My Travel Agent used to use Magnatech and BlackBerry Travel would see the emails and recognize that it was travel related and pull the data in.


Now they are using Tripcase software and now BlackBerry Travel doesn't recognize that those are Travel Itinery emails.


When will this be fixed?
