UNABLE TO USE NOBEX RADIO PREMIUM

Hi, I downloaded nobex radio premium and it was working fine, all of a sudden one day i went in to listen to an international station and got the error message "This is an international station, which requires the Premium version. All stations in your country are included in your Free version."

Which is funny because the app IS the premium version it's just supposed to be provided at no charge, compliments of blackberry.

I've tried to uninstall and re-install the app again but the same thing keeps happening.

I don't get why it would all of a sudden say that if i twas working just fine before.

please contact us at support@nobexinc.com and we'll make sure things are working for you as they should. Not sure why the server "lost" your premium status, but we can fix it quickly.

I have contacted nobex numerous times with no reply. So much for my free gift from rim. It doesn't work either. But I should gone android so its my fsult for buying junk

You will need to contact Nobex by email support@nobexinc.com.  We just need to do a quick update on our database and you will have Premium.

How about a customer service PHONE NUMBER? I found you guys in Santa Cruz, CA I guess I will have to contact the department of corporations to get your listed telephone number and post it all over the internet since you don't reply to your emails !
