Hi Friend!
I had Blackberry Bold 9700 and had installed BB Protect app few months ago. I successfully back up mu contacts variously and then retrieved them on my new BB Bold 9700 without any problem. I also installed My-Hub (another back up app from Carphonewarehouse) and successfully back up all my contacts here as well. Here problem started, when I opened BB protect for a fresh back up, it denied. In fact contacts back up option was disabled and a meassage
appeared as:
'This data is already wirelessly synchronized with a remote service and cannot be restored by Blackberry Protect'.
Although I deleted my-hub app from mobile and also deleted my account from my-hub.co.uk but problem is still there.
I also deleted BB Protect and then reinstalled but nothing changed.
Can anybody help me to fix this problem.

Hi,
I'm having the same problem (new BB trying to restore from BB Protect but not all contacts restore - and it seems random which ones don't). I tried your resolution (on new Torch 9810) but the only option under "Synchronisation Options" is "Deleted items". When I look at the back-up data on Protect for the old device (Torch 9800) each synch has 2 Address Book entries with different numbers of items. Could it somehow be restoring only one of these two files? Basically: really need your help to figure this out!! Thanks.
