If you're having an issue with an app not working as it should and nobody is posting replies, there's a good chance others aren't having the same issues as you are.
I would suggest contacting the app developer directly with your concerns. They know their apps the best and perhaps they are aware of this issue and could resolve it for you. If you can't get anywhere with them, refunds for apps purchased through App World are handled by your carrier, T-Mobile.
