What's App

Hello Peeps my name is Becky im new to this forum.......

 

I downloaded what's app for my Bold a few weeks ago and ever since then my BB been running slow with a black timer appearing in the center of the screen :smileysad:  I have had several warnings also I've deleted and then re-installed it hoping that this would work and it hasn't. I have also tried removing the app completely off my phone but it just will not disappear

 

Do any of you have any suggestions or ideas on how to scrap it all together???

Can't remember them all off the top of my head... but mainly saying that this operation can not be performed and that my bb is not running right.. I will make note of this the next time it happens. Soon as I delete the app the warnings go but the little black timer stays

Yea, knowing what warnings or error screens you're seeing would certainly be helpful.

 

I thought you said above "I have also tried removing the app completely off my phone but it just will not disappear" -- do you mean you've tried deleting WhatsApp form your BlackBerry, but WhatsApp remains installed... i.e., you have not been able to fully delete it? The WhatsApp icon remains visible?

It disappears from my home screen but its still in the list of uninstalled apps. As in delete I mean remove it completely from my phone. Since I've downloaded it I've had nothing but trouble :smileysad:

"Uninstalled" is uninstalled... as in, "not installed" on your BlackBerry.

You can hide that app in AppWorld > MyWorld, if you want to.

Options > Security > Memory Cleaning... make certain that Memory Cleaner is DISABLED.
