Whatsapp not working

I've got a BB 9300 and my BBM ran out and for a short while my whatsapp worked perfectly but now it doesn't work, everytime I try sending a message a clock comes up with a timer. I've deleted it and then re-booted my BB and installed it again and it works, but it only works for about 20 minutes or so and then it goes back to not working. Then I did the same again, delete, reboot and re-install and it works again for a short while and then completely doesn't work......
Is something wrong with my BB?
Or something wrong with whatsapp?
Also, I've got a GiffGaff sim and everytime I try going on the GG website to log in and top up, it doesn't allow me to do so. I'd click on the GG link and it says 'error, network out of range' and sometimes it says 'too many redirections, try again' and when I try again. Nothing happens.....

Please help.......... ;-)

Is this only happening to whatsapp?
Are your other Apps working fine?

JUST UPGRADE YOUR Whatsapp

I also had the same problem but I didn't delete it I just upgraded it via app world and now it works perfectly

Well I've got the latest version of whatsapp (already updated it via app world), but it hasn't changed anything... I checked on some other forums as well, the problem has occured to some other people.

 

But no solution anwhere -_-

if you can launch Whatsapp, but once in it some features do not work, the only way for you is to contact the Whatsapp support directly.

Yes I found a solution! You have to top up and put credit on your phone, its the only way it'll work correctly for a month or so, then afterwards it goes back to the same problem again of not working :smileysad:
