Can someone please help me. Every time I try to log into yahoo messenger on my bb torch 9800, I get the message "internal error, please try again later". I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, that only allows me to access it once then i get the same message.
I've spoken with my carrier, and with Yahoo. Both say it's a bb issue.

Hi and Welcome to the Community!
While this KB applies to WLM, maybe the same cause/resolution applies to you?
You might also check to see that your YM version is up to date. Along with your BB OS as well.
Has it ever worked correctly? If so, what changed just before it started working incorrectly?

It may be that I have my yahoo address book synced with my bb. Will eliminate the sync and see if it helps. Thanks for the help.
