Having problems with connecting with my partner's bbm. We have been fine as contacts and when either of our phones freeze we have deleted and readded with no issues. However yesterday this happened and when sending invites it would sit in the inviters pending but wouldn't go to invitee. I have since today had to replace phone and again tried. Tried adding via email and pins and not working. Any suggestions? I have had no issues with readding my contacts today except my partner!! HELP! Thanks!
