i have been this problem for about a week too. i tought it'd have healed itself by now. but hasnt. whats the fix for this?

Try removing or adding another BBM avatar to see if it will update and sync to the others.

The BBM servers late last week had some delays and should be working find by now.

Y'hello All,

kindly assit as my display picture is not changing since last week saturday, i rebooted my phone several times. my phone is BB9320, i live in Nigeria, my carrier is MTN Nigeria. i awaits a quick resolution.

I don't know of a quick resolution.

If the BBM Avatar has still not updated, call your mobile provider lodge a technical support case with BlackBerry on the issue.

Hi guys my bbm displays pictures are changing now, hope these steps works for you:try this: go to main menu » options»click on the spanner»device»application management»blackberry messenger»delete it» rebot phone»go to main menu»open browser under bookmarks there should be a browser saved as mobile.blackberry.com click on it»scroll to communicate»download blackberry messenger version» follow the options after that.
