bbm not setting up

Blackberry messenger is not allowing me to set up because it is saying the date and time is incorrect and I tried to change and fix all the other things that might help this issue can you please assist in sorting this issue out.

I've taken it to the carphone warehouse and they've sent it away to be fixed.
