bbm problem

hello my name is nader i have a black berry curve 8620 my job is to recycle used oil in southafrica i bought this phone from a shop in my town it was brand new after some time i recived an uptade for bbm i updated it the i failed to acces my bbm its only showing blue page though am using a wifi i moved the battery and put it back same problem help plzz thanx

Sorry to hear about the issue you're having with BBM. Could you please try uninstalling it then reinstalling it and let me know if that fixes the issue for you?
