i downloaded bbm 7 but it hasnt instaled so i would like to know how can i reinstall the bbm messenger i had before

gotcha.  Check to see if its installed:

If it is, delete it.  I am not sure what version you had before but from the device you can redownload from appworld or

I'd like to see you with the latest version.  Not sure why its not working.  Keep us posted.
