We're getting reports that our new app can be seen online but not downloaded by users - any ideas?

Thanks for the question.

I was able to view it on a BlackBerry Torch 9860 smartphone.  Do you know what countries are affected?

Unfortunately we have had not much response.

The app support have deleted our app and we've resubmitted the new one v.4 with updated settings but it's still not showing and has disappeared from the site as well.

Client is going mad as their event starts tomorrow and they need to market it! Any thoughts?
