can't click on anything in blackberry protect

One of my other phones got stolen I went to blackberry protect loged on tried to click on view location bt it dose not want to click on it.. Dosent even load ntn.. Tried clicking on one of the others still ntn its like dead.. Help please need to find my phone

what software do you use to go on BlackBerry Protect? Mozilla Firefox ?

no, Mozilla Firefox is the best.
What is the address of the website you go to ?

do you log in with your BlackBerryID?
what can you do once you have logged in?

I just type blackberry protect and search it on google.. Once I gt in I put my blackberry ID and password it goes trrough.. The whole list is there view location play sound etc bt wen I go to click on view location it its like ntn.. Dosnt open anythng dosent load ntn.. I tried clicking on one of the others ntn works...

when you are on that page, with the whole list, on the left of the screen should be displayed a mobile phone.
what is written under this mobile phone ?

after logging in BlackBerry Protect, I have this screen below. What is the difference between my screen and yours ?

You should have a real device listed on the left.
And no mention of AppWorld at all.

YeS same thing exactly the same.. Just like hw I cnt click on anything in ur pic.. Likewise I can't click on anythng in the blackberry protect site...I tried it 4 another bb it works fine.. Just this onE its nt working at all,,,

You can use BlackBerry Protect to locate your phone only if you have installed BlackBerry Protect on your 9900 before losing it.

Did you install BlackBerry Protect on your 9900 before losing it ?
